SnapshotAI provides an API service for programmatic website screenshot capture. Our service includes:

• Screenshot capture API endpoints
• Global CDN for image delivery
• Dashboard for usage monitoring
• Documentation and support resources

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Capture screenshots of illegal or harmful content
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use the service for scraping or automated data collection

5. Pricing and Payment

All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to:

• Pay all charges incurred under your account
• Provide valid payment information
• Pay overage charges for usage beyond your plan limits
• Accept automatic renewals for subscription plans

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your plan includes specific API rate limits and usage quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or temporary service suspension. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable rate limits to ensure service quality.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We provide uptime guarantees based on your subscription plan:

• Basic Plan: 99.9% uptime
• Growth Plan: 99.99% uptime
• Scale/Enterprise: 99.99% uptime + SLA credits

Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations.

8. Intellectual Property

SnapshotAI retains all rights to our API, documentation, and platform. You retain rights to the content you submit. Screenshots generated are licensed to you for your use, but may be temporarily stored on our servers according to your plan's retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPSHOTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may discontinue the service with 90 days notice

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
